All learners receive a certificate of completion after successfully passing the final course exam with a score of 80% or higher.

A certification of completion includes a Learner’s first and last name, the course title, and completion date.

All learners can download their certificates of completion from the Courses tab on the My Activities page.

Click on the User Menu in the upper left-hand corner of the home screen.

Once in the user menu, click on My Activities to access the summary and reports.

Click the Courses tab.

Download a PDF of an issued certificate of completion for each completed course by clicking on the ribbon icon next to the passing score.

Depending on your browser, you will receive a download message. Click on the box to open your certificate or access it from the

folder on your desktop.
