You should have received the below Welcome email containing a link to set your password. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam folder. If you cannot locate the below Welcome email, follow the instructions below to set a password and log in.

This password includes a link to set a password, which is only valid for 24 hours.

Clicking on the expired link will result in the below error message.

If you receive the above error message or cannot locate your Welcome message, navigate to https://www.injixo.com/login.

Click the Forgot your Password? link.

Enter the email address associated with your account and click the Send Instructions button.

If you have an active account with a valid email address, you will receive the “Reset your password” email. Click the Reset Password button.

Enter your new password and click the Set new password button.

An email stating your password has been reset and to log in using your new password will be sent to your inbox.
