This article describes the technical prerequisites for using The Call Center School

Browser support

We support the latest versions of the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome

  • Firefox

  • Microsoft Edge

  • Apple Safari

Operating system support

We support all operating systems that can run one of the latest versions of the browsers mentioned above.

Browser settings

Ensure your browser settings are configured as follows:

  • Turn off your pop-up blocker (Edge) or add an exception (other browsers)

  • JavaScript must be enabled

  • Cookies must be enabled

  • localStorage must be enabled

  • TLS Version: 1.2 or higher

Firewall exceptions

To access The Call Center School web pages, allow web traffic to and from *.injixo.com, *.thecallcenterschool.com, *.intercom.io, *.intercomcdn.com, *.dcbstatic.com, and fonts.gstatic.com via port 80 and 443.

Email settings

If you are using our hosted content, we use email messages to notify users about important account updates (e.g. password setup, assignment of training). Please configure spam filter settings to allow emails from @injixo.com and @thecallcenterschool.com.
